Generally, no. Our clinic is designed to serve a small panel of members closely. However, Dr. Khait offers limited intake visits for mental health, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and behavioral health. Please contact us directly for details.
We do not bill insurance directly. If you have a PPO plan, we can provide a superbill that you may submit for partial reimbursement. The only payments collected by our office are membership dues.
Yes. We strongly recommend maintaining active insurance, ideally a PPO. Insurance remains important for medications, imaging, laboratory testing, specialist visits, and emergency or hospital care.
Yes. Membership fees are HSA-eligible, and in some cases FSA funds may also qualify.
Because we maintain a small patient panel, we’re unable to store or administer vaccines onsite. We’re happy to help coordinate care with a trusted partner clinic or pharmacy and ensure records are updated.
No. Members may reach out through our secure messaging system to arrange same-day or next-day visits when needed.
Messages are actively monitored, and our typical response time is under one hour.
If you’re unable to reach Dr. Khait and your parental instinct tells you your child is very ill, please go to the emergency room. During clinic hours, you may also message Dr. Khait for guidance.
Families are notified in advance. During time away, Dr. Khait typically schedules around travel, provides virtual care when possible, and may arrange coverage if needed.
Please provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.
